Whether you are a beginner looking to learn the fundamentals or an experienced player wanting to refine advanced techniques, our expert coaching staff will help you elevate your game—all in a single, action-packed day!

🏆 What We’ll Cover

Our curriculum is built to ensure every fundamental aspect of multiple sports is covered. Campers will rotate through focused, high-repetition stations:

[Skill 1, Flag Grab]: Focuses on defensive positioning, lateral agility, and precise hand-eye coordination.
[Skill 2, 3-Cone Drop]: Centers on improving hand-eye coordination, reaction timing, and early glove presentation.
[Skill 3, Relay Obstacle Course]: Focuses on agility, coordination, and change-of-direction speed.
[Skill 4, L-Drill]: Focuses on agility, change-of-direction speed, and body control.
[Skill 5, Shuttle]: Focuses on agility and change-of-direction speed.

09:00 AM: Dynamic Agility Stations and Fundamental Rotations
11:00 AM: Tug O War
11:30 AM: Camp Recap & Closing
